1. General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Sona Baji ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you"). By accessing or using the Sona Baji website or services, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Sona Baji is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operating under a valid gaming license. It offers Sports Betting, casino games, live dealer games, and lottery services.

Sona Baji reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect from the date they are published. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Membership & Registration

To create an account on Sona Baji, the following conditions must be met:

• You are not residing in a country where online gaming is entirely prohibited.

3. Account Management

The security of your Sona Baji account is your responsibility. Never share your login credentials with anyone. Any transactions made by a third party using your account remain your responsibility.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, contact support immediately.
• Accounts that remain inactive for at least 6 months without a login may be flagged as dormant.
• A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may apply to inactive accounts, though the balance will never fall below zero.

4. Financial Transactions

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on Sona Baji:

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit. In line with our anti-money laundering policy, additional verification may be required in certain cases.

5. Betting Rules

Keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on sona baji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the live cash-out feature is available).
• Odds offered before a match begins are subject to change, but the odds on your placed bet will remain fixed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Sona Baji reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit ("arbitrage") is strictly prohibited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a bonus on their first deposit. A minimum 10x wagering requirement applies before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: Bonuses are available on regular deposits. Each reload bonus may carry its own specific terms.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback is up to 10% of net losses. No wagering requirement applies to cashback.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you receive a bonus. The bonus activates once the referred friend makes their first deposit.

Bonus funds are used first. Real money bets will not be placed until the bonus balance is fully used. Only one bonus may be active at a time.

If any bonus abuse is detected, Sona Baji reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

• You can set daily, weekly, and monthly limits on your deposits and betting activity.
• A cooling-off period is available — from 1 day up to 6 months.
• Contact support to request permanent self-exclusion.
• Accounts can be temporarily locked for family protection purposes.

8. Privacy & Security

Sona baji treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. What we collect:

• Full name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth (collected at registration).
• A copy of your ID document (for KYC verification).

9. Account Closure & Termination

Sona Baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Being underage, or accessing the platform from a country where it is prohibited.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded, though it may be held pending an ongoing investigation.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal before closure.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow the steps below:

2. Step Two: If your issue remains unresolved by support, please escalate it to management.
3. Step 3: If not resolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration through an international online gaming dispute resolution body.

Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sona baji is not liable for the following:

• Betting losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.

In all cases, sona baji's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

12. Changes & Updates

Sona baji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:
